No it won't lose power. The power cable is secured into a socket at the back so you should be fine.

Hi all I have a 2005 1.5 dci 100 (as it says in my sig) so I just missed out on a 6 speed box. :( I do ponder though whether a later 6 speed would fit straight onto a 5 speed engine? hmmmmm :?: I do a lot of motorway driving so lowering the revs a touch would be great! I get a bit of clutch judder on my 54 plate 1.5 dci 100, in the same sort of situations as you.
I'm not too bothered really because it definitely doesn't slip so no real problems in my book!

Just thought it was a trait of this cars clutch.
