Its it a 90 or 120, i dont think 90's are turbo as 120 are and there both 1.9l

Pretty much the same thing happend to me, but without snow and with a handbrake.....I know I know :nut Anyway, I've never even attempted to repair my own car until then.. My friends Megane.
He has had the battery off, when it was put back on the window wipers wont turn off!!
He has checked the stalk, they go faster and slower but wont turn off.
Any ideas?
