thats a good gain i had my a3 mapped at rapid remaps custom for more go but still decent fuel consumption, not been dynod yet though but on 0-100 its faster than my bros 200bhp 2.0 red top corsa lol is it the kia ceed youve got?

poddy where did you have your map done? thats a good gain, does it smoke much? was it rolling roaded or is this what they said they normally get? i just had a milltek exhaust on my a3 and by god does that make a massive difference would highly recommend them expensive but good!!

a3 2.0 tdi 140 remapped to around 170-180 bhp not had it rolling road yet but goes like stink and is good on diesel when iom nice to it!!!

i got mine remapped noe got 180bhp that will do 40mpg travelling at warp speed and when i do want to travel i can sit on 70 on the motorway and still do 60+mpg thats the point in a remap!! oh and the under 8 seconds 0-60 is nice too lol

surely if its the rings that are knackered they should have noticed this before changing the turbo which they could have checked the turbo over easily and noway would any respectful garage change a expensive oart like the turbo just because the aa said so id be holding off payment and seeing whta th...

looking good mate love the wheels, think i looked at them while i had my meggy but was unsure whether or not i was keeping it. pretty sure it will settle slightly lower at the back than it is at the min try get some fatties in for an hour driving round lol mine took a couple of weeks to settle looki...

its the vw/audi group computer program plug and play fault clearing, settings all sorts of stuff u can change think renault have a similar one for their diagnostics point

thats what i thought tbh will need to look into it could prob use vagcom to bypass the boost control solenoide somehow ill have to do some reading i think

thought about one but wasn't sure if disconectin the electronic boost valve solenoide would cause fault codes to pop up? is it the same as petrol boost controller i.e barrel with the screw in pressure control? if so i might whip my mates off his bmw and try that on?

nothing yet only had couple of months had remap done at rapidremap in cannock pulls loads better now just keeps going had 130 on clock and was still dragging yesterday obv on track :cool: not found anywhere yet apart from m1 with staright long enough to go for broke!! and dont think id risk traffic ...

thats pretty good mpg matey ive got the 140 sport and must admit its one of the nicest cars ive owned/driven i love it even standard it was quick i love the quatro but couldn't find one with the extras i wanted at the price i wanted to pay so had to have 2 wheel drive lol thats pretty impressive fro...

ive got a 2.0 a3 and id dare say a meg 1.5dci wouldn't live with it, especially now its been mapped!! not being biased against the megs but the 1.5 are mad economy whereas the 2.0 tdi are more power and economy no offence intended but youd need spend alot of cash to be beeting mine somewhere in the ...
