yes.. that is true.. the rear passengers get more bass and thump from the woofer in the back.

the rear speakers are the same i think.. or just slightly smaller... i think they are the same and the rear passengers get lower frenquencies as there's no tweeter in the rear!

if i remember right, megane rear light looms have a wide range of connectors. i think there's a "choice"of 4

its better to get a seperate cold air intake directly from the outside rather than use the existing renault air pipe. use as few bends as possible. a friend went to Wickes and bought a huge metal (like aluminium foil) stretchy thing. i think they use em for air ducts for extraction fans... costs <&p...

I have kept my original speakers in the rear.
they do the job of filling the rear space behind you fine.

it is a big job to take the rear door cards off.

i've not had a problem with them distorting... i was in the back of my car the other day actually and it sounded fine.
