I thought I couldn't live without the Panoramic roof but I managed to with my Scenic. Its is a very nice edition, especially to the Megane. Also I would strongly consider climate control. I'm kicking myself I didn't go for it this time around.

The 1.9 is nice engine, perhaps a bit noisey. Alot of owners find the 2.0 dCi just doesn't warrant the extra expense. Theres alot of simple mods you can do to up the bhp if you want to aswell.

When mine struggled that much I had lost a coil but it was really noticeable that something wasn't right when the car was at rest.

Oh and as for the handle, the dealer will sort it for about £120 ish although some people have managed to get the part for £40 and someone did a brief walk through of how to remove the handle. Failing that the haynes manual shows you how. It would be worth having a look at the handle before you buy ...

Probably not as even a tink leak can lead to quite a stentch. My guess would be to run the engine with the bonnet open and have a bit of a nosey or sniff. Does your fuel consumption seem normal?
