This is going to sound like a retarded question but, Can a tyre be illegal before it is touching the notch as, I still have a couple mm before the notch on the tyre but it has very little tread on the centre of the tyre (it is on the rear so not major issue) Just trying to understand is it still ill...

Great that i am 21 3years NCB in July no mark on my personal record but a mark of a non fault claim of someone driving on the wrong side of the road into my car but... If I were 22 with 0years or 1year NCB it would be fine... I think I am better bet but personal opinion and I dont expect a pointless...
