would think that there is a locking tag on one of the sides that you need to push in then pull the connection

my last dci an 05 with70k at 09 had 2 new front windo regs/electrics (wty), 3 sets of steering rac end rods (and lots of tyres !) my present 08 dci is falling apart, o/s window wiring, which then failed and they wanted an arm and a leg for contribution - fixed it myself first mot make up new wiring ...

Right, first of all the tail light, recvd my cutting discs yesterday but was late shift so had to wait till tonight was trying to cut the base of the 'bolt but it's design meant my dremel type thingy wouldn't cut at 90 degrees so I thought I'll cut teh triangular head off and then go in at 90 degree...

and don't forget to spray the three bolts holding the undertray with lots of penetrating oil 2 out of 3 of mine broke coming our and the captive nut is no longer captive!! Guess what Renault don't sell the captive nuts as a part only the bolts so I may need to replace cross stru or bar that the try ...

if the high level is fine, then the switch must be doing it's job, not had a chance to check bulb holders on mine as one of my fixing bolts is spinning round in teh captive nuts and am waiting for dremel discs, see ,my post boths sides not working might point to a wiring break or corrosion in a conn...

been thinking, if i can get dremel cutting disc into circular hole and cut bolt at base might be able to pull bracket away and pull light out, glue a new captive nut drill hole larger and fit a bigger bolt.
