Re: AUX in original STEREO

You connect the AUX cable to the green mini iso connector on the back of the radio. All aux-in cable would work, for example the one I mentioned in my first post from fleabay. You can check this site for all connections (you will have the Updatelist version): https://tlcdcemu.sourceforge.net/hardwar...

Re: Megane Saloon Sport 2006 6x9 help.

I love the 2.0 engine, especially with the automatic gearbox on mine 8-)

Sure, the 225 front bumper wil fit. Obviously, you will need the 2006 (Phase 2) model. Will make a lot of difference 8)

Do a search on the forum about those springs, there should be plenty info on it. ;-)

Re: Megane Saloon Sport 2006 6x9 help.

Just got my 2006 Saloon Sport dynamique '8143 miles!!!!' Congratulations  Any specs on the engine? Would the 6x9's fit where the rear speakers are? with a bit of DIY. No, there's simply not enough room! You will need to fit these in parcel shelf or make a new parcel shelf I also have just pur...

Hi, I don't think any self respecting company would want to burn their hands on the reinforcing bar...

Just type in Ellermeyer on google and you will find plenty info

Why not consider the 2.0 16V? I love it, especially with the automatic gearbox 8-)

Re: Sunroof

Yes there are! The roof of the sunroof version has different reinforcements. I tried to have a Webasto roof installed in my Megane but it's not possible due to the 'metal bar'!! For structural reasons, Renault prohibits it to be taken away (and for good reason). So no self-respecting company would i...

Re: Is the Megane II already wired for a CD Multichanger ?

There are different models of radio's and changers possible. You have the combination of the factory radio with the in-dash 6-CD changer below it. If you have this then you can swap this from your Scenic to the Megane. It's only connected with one cable (blue mini Iso connector). There's also a more...

Re: Clio radio code help please

Any Renault dealer can retrieve the security code from the codes printed on the sticker on the side of the radio. I think it's just a matter of explaining what happened and hoping that they will do it and without any costs. Does the previous owner of the radio doesn't knwo the code anymore by any ch...

Re: Megane CD Problem

Hi I'me not familiar with these connectors you are showing as these are from the Megane I. The Megane II has different connectors. For the Megane II you only have 3 connectors: 2 large iso connectors for power and speakers and 1 yellow small mini iso connector for both display and remote. The Megane...

Re: L.E.D's

Phase 1 and 2 rear lights have different connectors! ;-)

Although a phase 2 unit can be fitted on a phase 1 Megane, you will need to rewire the connections completely.
