and if yours is a 2008 you can use the headlights and upper grilles but wont match the crosshatch pattern on the bottom!

Re: megane 1.5 dci none starter after engine swap
Try starting on easy start, common rails are notoriously dificult to start if theres a bit of air in thr lines, get it goin on it and keep it running on it until it will run by itself

Re: Rough idle 1.5dci engine mount
Has anyone tried changing the engine temp sensor?
Mine does it aswel but tends to do it once in a blue moon when its warm but most of the time when its cold! Could it be a cold start problem from a dodgy coolant temp sensor?

Re: Megane 1.5Dci Injection Fault
A proper diagnostics session would be the way to go, they can take readings from sensors to see if they are reading correctly or not. The aa was goin to do it on mine but the car wouldnt even try starting but if yours cranks over then fires readings can be taken

Its in the black plastic pipe that comes from under the battery then clamps to the egr housing, unplug it the pull the clips back to get it out

I cleaned the map sensor with carb cleaner, took the egr valve off completely and cleaned every part of it, and then also the crankcase breather that goes to the inlet pipe from airbox to turbo i opened that up and cleaned that as that was all clogged up and not al...

Re: Car hesitates when setting off
Try the free stuff first, clean the throttle body out with carb cleaner and clean the map sensor. Could just be a bit of sticky dried up oil restricting the butterfly opening
