Was it the same dealer who did the 36K service?
If it was I would be questioning their professionalism and standard of work.
The issue you took it in for is a well known problem with the connector under the seat.

Re: Pushing my annual service limit
Dee If you can't find a 2.0dCi 150, you could always have a re-map or fit a tuning box to the 1.9 engine. That will give you an extra 20- 30bhp and a shed full more tourque. Have you thought about adding 17" Alloys yourself? Might be an option or something you could work into a deal. PCP plan :...

Re: Engine power?
Millers fuel treatment is much better than Redex. Halfords sell it as well as the A1 motor stores group and lots of other independent motor factors.
Don't read to much into MPG figures, you might have the same engine etc... but there are so many factors that can affect it.

You could try searching online for SMART paint repairs. ChipsAway have a large franchise that covers the UK and they will come to your home or place of work and do the repairs onsite. There will also be lots of other independants who will offer a similar service.

Welcome along  The display is telling you the oil level in the engine. If the display (electronic dip-stick) was all 0's then it would be at it's maximum level, if it was all - - - - -'s then you need oil You need some oil in your engine. Re: Engine power?
You will get smoke depending on the setting on the box. The way the box works is that it causes slightly more fuel to be injected into the engine, thus more power. If you overfuel any engine, petrol or Diesel it will become smokey. The economy improvement from having a remap or fitting a box comes a...

Are you doing a full transplant or just a short engine? The basic block and head I would think will be the same? Take note of Daves advice though.

Re: REPLACE BATTERY message.
My Laguna tells me when the keycard battery is low (but it says Keycard Battery Low) It also flashes up "Battery Low Start Engine", usually when I have been using my 12v electric tyre inflator or if I have been litening to the radio without the engine running. It then displays "Batter...

Re: Engine power?
Open the drivers door and look at the sticker on the pillar. This will tell you what bhp your engine is? Is it a phase 3 06 or one of the last phase 2 models? Up to the final face lift on the Megane II's the 1.5's came with 80 and 100 bhp, after the face lift the engines became Euro IV compliant and...
