The radio will switch off after 20 minutes if this fuse is blown as if you don't have the engine running.

Are you sure? It might be set at different rates in different countries. In the UK some users report about the freezing mark. It might also be one of the differences of the later/earlier vehicles.

You'll kick yourself...

I'm not even sure this is the manual but under a certain temperature the sunroof will not open to prevent damage to the seals I presume. No need to grease it, its just doing its job. I'm not 100% sure of the temperature. This is supposed to happen.

It is possible to refit the bulb holder so its actually pointing high or low. Perhaps this is what has happened.

Errrm... Anyway. Possibly the Window regulator has gone, which seems to be common with the rain we're having at the moment. If only that Window isn't functioning its definatly not a fuse. You can try resetting the Window, if that doesn't work you will need to change the Regulator which can be found ...
