just add acouple of bits. when pushing the drill bit in, It needs a bit of force as to move the airbag out of the clip then the air bag should come slidle off quiet easy upwards. when disconnection the airbag the wiring should be disconnect from the airbag side. there is a clip on each side you have...

i have the exact same problem. phone renault and see if your car is on the recall list, common faults are the pressure switch, its a bumper off job

if you can take the front bumper off, it is held on by a 14mm nut. and quiet easy

Well Renaults checked out Air Con and its working.It was related to a recall so its going back in on Friday to have a new wiring loom fitted.Its seems the pressure in the air con is to great and shuts down so a reprogram is also needed.Its got me thinking now if i could have cleared the error codes...

just took sensor off, there is 3 wires when i short the bottom two together the engine stalls, if i short top and any of the bottom wire nothing happens? does it mean it is not the sensor?

Hi dougie yep it could well be.I think it will be a case of removing pressure switch short the contacts and see if the condensor kicks in. has anyone try this? just though if i short the circuit and the system works then i will get the pressure sensor replace. how much is the pressure sensor? part ...
