520 miles down to the last bar still going but had to fill up for work didnt fancy running out!! still £45 for 520miles i dont mind

so far on the £45 tank ful its done 400miles and still 3 bars showing on guage! im hoping 500+ by the end of the tank! it was 110.9/litre when i filled it from the bottom bar so nearly empty not sure what the mpg works out to but its bloody good from what i can see!

ive just got a clio 1.5 65 wholle bhp!!! and so far ive done 80miles and the fuel guage hasnt moved!!! it is about :-( exciting!! lol but its under £300 insurance and £35 tax, so cant grumble!! will give a nearer mpg figure when i have to fill up. could be a while though

normally it'l just be alternator belt or something, nothing major or to worry about,the cambelt doesnt slip so wouldnt wory about that one!! you can normally tighten it up with a spanner and a pry bar. best get someone who knows what they are doing to have a quick look, only takes 5mins if its acces...

sfurber- no it doesnt mate its a 1.6 nonturbo, does teh scream sound like a screach? normally its belts slipping which screach then go away up the revs or after a while of driving? also does the screach change tone when you move the steering as its doing it? if so its a belt. if not id be checking o...

turbos can go as often as they feel like tbh its in the warm up cool down process that saves them. if ive given mine some pedal i try to drive the last mile or 2 without letting the turbo spool up so as it gets turned off full of oil and let it have 30 seconds or so in the morning to get the oil rou...

lol @ linda im only 24 so maybe a crisis(in your opinion) but not midlife(well hopefully not) hows it boy racer exactly? audi wheels on audi car, lowered 40mm, remapped and standard look performance exhaust??

cheers ive been thinking about the black headlight/foglight covers to make it even more stealth! cant wait to slam it to the ground!! also been looking into hybrid turbos and the prospect of 250bhp!!! gotta save like hell for that one though as its looking around £2k!!

the odd occassion ive changed plates and had trouble with the screws ive snapped the plate to get it off then got mole grips on the screws normally sorts it then just get new screws or stick the new plates on, job done

cheers matey it all adds up since it came to my attention the site has earnt £200 in probably 5 hours tops!! hopefully pick up a little its around£300k to convert to $500,000 so a bit of a way yet
