Leaving the Site - Thank You all

After two years when you have given me tremendous assistance with problems, having had window regulator problems. loom problems, starting problems, headlamp bulb change (£65.00!) I can o longer, as a pensioner, afford my Megane.

So I have got rid.

All the best to you all.

In the recent rain, I had the same problem, but what happened was that when I left the car, pressig the fob twice to lock it, the car locked, but the window went down on it's own and nothing would make it move. A little later, I touched the switch and it closed but then it ioened a...

Thanks a lot for quick response NickBell and Steve Yes....you were right!! I hadn't clicked the flap down tight. I see now there is a switch on it!! Thanks so much for that. All ok now. I love my Megane, but it's a bit technical having a light come on when opening a flap. What happened to a torch?! ...

Help! Interior Well light staying on.

Hello again. Can't believe after my fiasco with the £67.00 bulb change (see this site) that I have another problem, albeit a small one which should not worry me really. When I press key'fob' to open car all the interior lights come on as usual and then when I put fob into slot and start car they sho...

Thanks for that. I did not know this about changing all them in one go!
Let's hope another does not fail. If it does then I will replace all others

Changing headlight bulb

Hi - it's me, Gordon, who started this thread. Yes, I was so cheesed off at the cost of £67.00 that after asking the dealer (Arnol Clark) twice to confirm they must remove front bumper I then contacted Renault UK and was phoned back by Customer Services there who confirmed that the charge was correc...

Engine cut-off/stalling

Dai16 This was definately the problem when I took mine in August this year. There were no safety actions for recall, but I have a copy of Renaults Quality Campaigns and Renault themselves advised me to take it in and it was cured, like yours, FREE. The operation consisted of reprogramming the inject...
