I changed the coils on my megane myself, the service and engine light should go out themselves after 5-7 days of driving. Think it just takes the computer a while to realise that the problem has been resolved. If it doesnt go out after a week, i would say something else has went wrong

Heres a few more specifics... When i wiggle the wires under the seat the airbag light goes out and the steering locks and when the airbag light comes on i'm sure I can here the boot catch engage..? Does anyone know anything about this or how to fix it? Thanks Richm had a problem with my boot a few ...

Does it go to that position as soon as you turn the car on? mine would go to that position as well but it wouldnt go to there as soon as i turn the car on, it takes a minute in the summer and usually a few extra minutes in the winter.

Hey Toodeep thanks for the info worked like a charm..... managed to get a small screwdriver in the latch and push the small white thing to the left which opened the boot. In the end didnt need to remove any of the panels.... i just pushed the white thing back and forward a few times with the boot op...

Thanks for the quick reply Alex, doesnt seem logical to install the lights and not connect them. I can understand why you would only have one fog light so you can see the break. but any way thats all i needed to know.

Rear Fog Light/s how many are there?
Does anyone know how many rear fog lights there should be on a 2003 1.4 Megane Dynamique.... from the looks of it there should be 2 but only one of mine lights up, the drivers side. i have been given mixed reports i.e there should be 1 there should be 2. Most cars i see on the road when its foggy on...

Rear High Level Brake light....
Anyone know how to change the high level breaklight on the megane 2003 1.4 dynamique? The log book says to bring it to a your local stealer but dont want to. Surely it couldnt be that difficult, just wondering if anyone has tried this?

yeah, your dashboard could be lit up like a christmas tree and it wouldn't fail it's mot.
