Just to update...problem now solved... turned out to be a broken spring within the clutch pedal mechinism!

If anyone has a similar problem feel free to contact me and i will try to explain further.

All filters and oil change (B service + fuel filter) Brake fluid change Coolant change Timing belt kit New Water pump If your game then have a guess how much money passed my hands for the above Good luck...
