Thanks for your reply.

To be honest I've been getting them replaced at the local garage after the first nightmare I had changing a bulb, they are so damn inaccessible. Not sure if they are touching the body or not when fitting, I would hope not but who knows.

My 2006 1.6 Megane has reached 25,000 miles and I'm sure it's due for a service. The service indicator was never reset when I bought it and the service booklet I got with it only shows up to 18,000. It was the Huddersfield Arnold Clarke and no I don;t have a service plan with them thank God. Cheers for the info regarding the servicing, it's good to know! Just hold the end of the stalk button down and it will reset your service message for you Tried that but it didn't reset it, hopefully get it ...

Thanks for your replies. I phoned Renault in yesterday and they said it was fine. It seems the service Arnold Clarke did was in guidelines but they didn't reset the computer so it's telling me I need another service soon when I don't Going in to Arnold Clarke's on Saturday for them to hopefully rese...

Ah sorry I meant an 06 reg . :oops: They told me it had a 3 year manufacturer warranty and as it was registered in Sep 06 it seemed that I had just under 2 years left. Now I think they've shafted me as I have no official confirmation of the warranty terms. I'll have to phone Renault tomorrow and see...

My 1.6 VVT sits at a around 35mpg when doing rush hour traffic to and from work. It goes up to 45+ when clear sailing down the motorway which is unfortunately not that often.
