injector fault????

hi guys, not posted in a while, guess the megane has been performing as is should?
now just keep getting.............INJECTOR FAULT on dashboard display? only every so often it's not on all the time, the engine does'nt lose power or anything? what is this all about?

but what is the box shaped thing inside the roof of the glovebox with a blue teardrop shaped moveable cover on it?

just out of curiosity does anyone know where the pressure sensor is located on the megane? i've had several people mention this could be at fault? cheers

my megane has been to kwik fit for an air con recharge & leak test? everything went fine,it took in oil & gas & holds it with no leaks (yipee) but the compressor still does not 'kick in'?? so there was no charge for this as kwik fit was not able to improve by 10% (good service from k/f) ...

i got it booked in at kwik fit tomoro morning (sat 5/1)for them to re-gas?? i'll let you all know?
a couple of people have mentioned the sensor or the relay? are these easy to change/check?

hi, i'd say your spare should be used as a temp replacement, get the original one repaired & then refit, that way you know all is well again :-P :-)

hi, i can say my 1.5dci is in the cheap tax bracket as this is what made me buy the car in the first place, i think they are superb, cheap ins, excellent mpg.

thank you guys for your help, the motor is inside the mirror housing not the mirror its-self, if i slide down the cover attached to the windscreen under the mirror the motor is in there, it is about 1" long, 2 wires coming from it & has 2 screw securing it in place, it has a tiny gap allway...
