Re: Renault Sport Door Badges?
I don't think they will fit as the GT doesnt have a space for them on the rubbing strip. Assuming they arent just stickers and actually clip on.

I was wondering if this is a feature or a problem with my meg? :) Yesterday when i arrived at work i noticed a small amout of steam coming out the bonnet. Had a look and it seemed to be coming from the ratiator kinda area. I say steam it might just be the hot air coming into contact with cold air. I...

Re: Standard Speakers or upgraded?
For the owners of Pioneer TS - Q131C: Does the upgrade also brings more basse response or just sound quality? Thank you! The Pioneers improve the sound quality alot with the standard head unit. But the bass isn't really there unless you've got it turned up loud. I installed a sub to help. There arn...

Re: Why is BT allowed to exist?
When i call BT i speak as fast as possible in as strong a glasgow accent as possible. The confused bloke in the indian call centre who can hardly speak english themselves will then put you onto someone in the UK who can actually do something to help you. The call centre in india is no more than a sw...

Re: starting car best way
i just put foot on clutch and press the start button (just push it in and take finger off soon as its pressed) and it fires up i think this answers the problem for the original question. When you hold the start button in for 5 seconds the electrics come on butthe engine does not start. That is why ...

where the problems friends told you about CC's or Renaults in general?
Years ago the electrics in renaults were terrible and most people, who have never owned one still say this.

Re: megane GT rear bits
thats a shocking price for what is a small bit of plastic. I'm sure the bumber hangs lower so that the exhaust passes through the holes in the bumber. I cannot for the life of me remember where i read it mind you.

Re: megane GT rear bits
the GT plate is plastic not metal. A dealer would be the best place to start i'd imagine. I'm not sure the plate comes seperate from the bumber though. The GT bumber hangs lower than your standard meg bumper. You'd probably need to buy the whole bumber. there is a custom exhaust from here. http://ww...

1st service question
i'm about to book my meg in for its first service and i was looking at renaults online service booking thingy to get an idea of cost. But then i found this. For a 12 month service its £200.59. But its £237.84 for the 18k miles service. Now seeing as my car has to be serviced after either 1 year or 1...
