But you have wrong labels of buttons. It should be:
100Ω for "-"
900Ω for "Recall"
270Ω for "+"
0Ω for "Cancel"

And which one to which one, it does not matter. Your set of four buttons and three resistors have no polarity.

other two buttons is for Recall last used speed and Cancel cruisecontrol when is active (same as step on the brake or clutch pedal).
