Im guessing that you either have a fuse that has blown, or there is a problem with the onboard computer. Either way, 2005 car should be under warranty still so go to the dealer and fin out what it is!!!

What model HU is it that you are connecting it to?

It may be a compatability issue with the HU. I'm not sure if the tunepoint will work with the older units.

I tend to try and use Shell. The Meg seems to respond better with that brand, whether it is the V-Power stuff or not.

I would complain, you should have the correct part fitted to replace a faulty one. It all sounds a bit cowboyish really. The fact that they took it out of a new car so you didn't have to wait was pretty good of them, they didn't have to. I would probably approach them with a light hearted attitude a...

Have a look at http://www.wiperblades.co.uk they do a good range on there. The Bosch blades work very well in my experience.

I had this problem. Tried Back to Black but it didn't really do a very good job. Went back the same way very quickly. In the end I just replaced them, they were only about £5 each if I remember correctly!

I'm with L77 here, I have had mine three years now, and apart from little niggles that you will get with any car of any make I have had a completely hassle free and fun time with my Meg. It even passed the MOT with no issues whatsoever. As I have said before and say again, a forum like this will alw...

Hang on, that makes my vote wrong.... can you change that too Ray??

Second thoughts leave it, it will probably develop squeaks sooner or later, even with the Renault 'fix'.
