I removed it. Cleaned it and it seems to be fine now. I will order a new one. Thanks!

I am about to remove it. Not sure how that would prevent air flow only at speed but it’s worth a go.

Ventilation is blocked when driving at speed.
Please help , My air con and blower fan work perfectly (after spending over £1000 to fix) But When driving at over 50 mph the air vents stop letting air into the cabin. I can hear the fan working and a tiny trickle of air con but it seems blocked. Everything works perfectly around town, vents, blowe...
