Solved. It's some kind of outlet pipe that connects beneath the injectors to the left of the dipstick pipe.

More information... the "remaining fuel" indicator on the dash seems to have gone out of whack. Fell from "80" to "Zero" on a twelve mile journey.

Anyone have any ideas?

I found this loose pipe today during an oil and filter change, it's beside the oil filter (1.5DCi). https://i.postimg.cc/bS8k8TQK/Megane.jpg It appears to be some kind of breather pipeas it just goes to an open end beneath the engine. Can anyone tell me where it should connect?? Thanks in advance.
