Anyone able to advise why the new roll bar bushes will not nip together ( still has a good 1/4 inch gap when tightened and the were tightened properly coz i snapped the bolts doing it.. The motor factors said 2 were listed 18m diameter and a 20m diameter. I got the 20m ones but they wont nip closed ...

Ohh also is there anyway to get these bolt out of the sub frame after they have snapped??

Hi guys i noticed my anti roll bar could be moved with ease so i have changed the bushes on it but now they are done i can still move the bar up and down with ease. Arent these suppose to be solid as i always remember having to force it down slightly on other cars when i attach drop links... I hope ...

It was the 1st thing i dun coz av made that mistake before haha I was not aware they were more than one size ball joint...not one motor factor i have been on phone to including Renault have mentioned that... Right well its actually more of a clunk Aswell as the grinding noise. It happens on decent size bumps and also wen i hit the speed bumps not just coming off them.. i also think its happening both sides (or at least it feels that way). Yea reservoir topped up and yea one pushing pedal and other playing with the nipples. I have tried locking the niple after every push and also tried locking it after a few pushes..
