Part codes
Is there anyone on here who I could give my VIN to and they could find me the part code for my front ABS Sensors? Really struggling with this, I live in Malta, we only have one dealer here and they are very expensive so I'm looking for OEM stuff.
TIA..

ABS Sensor
Does anyone know whether the front ABS sensors are the same for the CC as for the saloon or hatchback? I have a fault on on of my front sensors, I think it's the cable but there are many different part numbers...

Brake System Fault
So. Yesterday I was sitting in the car with the engine off but my foot on the brake pedal and the pedal started to sink. It's done this before and, as soon as I've started the engine, all's been good. This time, I started the engine, pedal came back up to pressure, I drove about 100 yards and the pr...

Re: abs warning light
Hi I had this problem when i turned left and pressing brake the ABS warning light would come on...dpraying WD40 onto the sensors stopped this happening but not fix it..i eventually had it connected to good diagnostic equipment and it was the right ABS sensor which was a relatively cheap fix . I cou...

Re: abs warning light
My CC is doing similar but I've noticed that the light is coming on if I turn left. Any other time it's fine... I've asked the question on here to see if anyone might have a clue. I'll let you know if I find anything out.

Weird ABS problem
I have a 2006 Megane 2 cc 1.5dci. If I make a tightish left turn, or turn to full left lock, the ABS light and spanner come on and the display says 'CHECK ABS'. If I stop the engine and restart, it goes away until the next time I turn left... Anyone have any ideas? It has me a little baffled. It doe...

Re: make your diesel meg run better
Sorry, I'm a newbie and I'm catching up on all the stuff I need to know about these cars. I have a CC 1.5DCi and I love it lots but a little more grunt would be good... Could someone quantify what a 'Glug' is? If I buy a litre bottle, is a 'Glug' 250ml? I can get a litre for 4 euros at my local gara...

Re: What are they worth???
Mad innit? I had my ZT for 4 years, a few problems along the way including a belt change (£400) that the mechanic made a mess of because it's a special timing tool for the 190 version of the V6 and he used the wrong one... I ended up buying an engine and having it swapped. I sold her in February las...

Re: What are they worth???
I know this is an oldish thread but I live in Malta and the price of cars here is insane... Before I moved here I had an MG ZT190SE, all the toys and I had her converted to LPG but I paid just over a grand when I bought the car. Here it would be a 5-6 grand car. I've just bought a 2007 CC Dynamique ...

'Check Injection' under acceleration
Hi, I'm a newbie so please be gentle... I know the 'Check Injection' problem has been discussed at length on here but I can't find an answer to this one : I have a Megane II CC 1.5DCi. The engine will be warmed up, I might have travelled 8 - 10 miles. If I'm accelerating hardish up a slope (my local...
