Rear Bulb Holder. Repair or replace?

The rear brake light on the D/S of my Megane 2008 doesn't work. I tested the current in the relative wire leading to the cluster and found that to be working fine. Took ownership of a 2008 Megane convertible two days ago.
Three of the electric windows are non-functioning.
