Hi bought my first convertible this week it's on a 55 plate for now it's ok I'm in Northumbria so will be tested in the winter months lol

If I try to open my passenger door from Th out side after I Used the key fob to unlock it the old won't open but if I open from th inside then it's ok after that to open for on th outside any ideas folks plus is there any drain plugs for the roof as I'm collecting water in boot cheers
