Yes clutch feels fine and no wobble or anything once off idle, it's only done 48000, so a lot of stop start, so i expect some blocking of bits n bobs!
I'll have a look at the egr this weekend then, thanks again.

Hi folks, My 2005 1.5dci Megane has a lumpy idle, not always, but quite often. If you increase revs to 1000, it disappears.
