I have the exact same problem with my megane 1.5 dynamique 52plate, I posted but as of yet have not received any feedback, much appreciated if you could let me know if you had any success, I get clicking and can open it manually but that's it, thanks in advance

Hi guys and girls, new here, so I bought my car and the sun roof never worked, it's now nearly summer so would like to be able to use it. I get a clicking from the motor for the sunroof but it does not budge at all, I have manually opened it with the Allen key, this seemed rather stiff, is this norm...
