Hi to all
I am in the process of removing hand primer Fuel delivery on my daughters 1.5 dci Megane MK 2 2004 and giving it an electric tank pump, wires are already in place. Anyone else tried this, I am connecting relay and feed this week.

" well found the key in the sprocket was broken this is fixed thank you again"petepete wrote:surely you can remove the cam pulley and look for the key to see if everything is lined up correctly on the camshaft..
with the crank bolted correctly it has to be a problem with the cam pulley.

Hi, Megane II 1.5dci. pulley is a free wheel unit until tightened seems a bit silly I know, but I have come across this before on a cam sprocket "corsa c" this is a new one for me TDC is when crank shaft is at mark 12 o'clock and locking pin in place screwed fully in on side of engine near...
