Everything electrical....
Ok, so renault have had my megane twice now and are asking for more time as they cannot figure out what is wrong with my car. So far it's cost me £350 for them to tell me absolutely nothing. Basically I had a really strong burning smell and a lot of electrical problems, I have no windows (1 is stuck...

Re: Radio will not turn on or OFF!
OK so I got the radio sorted by leaving the battery disconnected for half an hour or so. All was well with the Megane for nearly a whole day! And then the alarm went off in the middle of the night, I went out to have a look and found one of the rear windows had opened itself. Got into the car and wa...

Radio will not turn on or OFF!
So today my megane decided it had been problem free for long enough! I noticed on my way to work that the radio would not turn on. The LCD is illuminated and shows the time and a very cold temperature, the power button for the unit is also illuminated. Even more annoying though is that I noticed aft...

Re: Temperature Gauge not coming to the halfway
I'm on my second megane and both temp guages would sit slightly left of centre. I would suggest that this is normal and maybe there was a problem before the service

Re: Possible turbo/brake fault after head gasket change
Also the egr was super clogged and I'm pretty sure was stuck closed. Seems to be operating now but I'm sure that wouldn't have helped?

Re: Possible turbo/brake fault after head gasket change
Well folks I'm still having problems with this megane, I've checked the turbo and it's definitely gone and a new one is on the way. My problem now is would the faulty turbo have caused a vacuum leak which would then affect the braking. Ooorr has a vacuum leak somewhere else killed my turbo! I can't ...

Possible turbo/brake fault after head gasket change
Howdie folks, I've just changed the head gasket on my 2007 1.5 dci. Engine starts and idles perfectly but when you reach 2000rpm there seems to be a release of air pressure. I can feel it vibrating up from the turbo wastegate area and through the top intercooler pipe. In addition to this the brake p...

Re: radio code
If you don't manage to get hold of the app just post the barcode from your radio here and myself or somebody else will provide you with the correct code.
