Re: Double din radio fit?
Yes a double din can be fitted
You need to cut our carefully the centre bar between the radio and cd changer if you have one ( or the pocket under the radio if you don't)
Then fit a fascia from auto leads or similar
Bobs your uncle!

Re: Roof
You can install a bit of kit that let's you drive and open the roof at slow speeds. I know someone on here has also wired a live feed to the roof switch so it works without the ignition on. May be worth a search if you really want to operate with no engine or ignition on but they were designed to wo...

It would stop some wind and buffeting but not as good as the factory one that covers the rear seats. It would be good though if you need to use the rear seats.

Re: perfect..
Bargains are out there, buy the low mileage ones and make sure you buy with a FULL service history.
If paying 3-4k you can buy 57 plates with 40k miles on the clock.
Make sure all electrics are working and check the history with the dealers if you can't get the original bills for work done

Re: Megane CC problems
The battery was so dead that wasn't even charging. Got to buy a new one on Saturday and I hope that should solve the issue. Still I have a bad feeling it could be also something else... Had it been standing? It's unusual for a battery to just die if it's used regularly. Is anything connected that c...

Re: Which Magazine slates Megane 2 reliability
It don't look good from that reading and yes we are one of those customers who had electric window faults ( mainly due to the poor design of the regulator) I suppose it's the luck of the draw with reliability and I know from other marques that there are issues right across the industry My last insig...

It's the shake you get whist driving with the roof down as the car moves due to no structure of the roof keeping the car stable or "twisting",
I'm sure you will feel it as you drive sometimes
