Re: OBD reader (part 2)

First of all the reader is compatable with the car.
Secondly there were no codes and no freeze frame data to review.
I guess that means everythings good, fingers crossed.

start button ignition

Hi all,
When I put the keycard into the slot the message press clutch + start or press brake + start shows up.
I can start the car using the brake option but not when I press the clutch. Why is this? Has anybody else experienced this?
Thanks in advance for any replies.

Re: Is this normal?

Thanks for the reply taffyhl. I took the car to a local garage yesterday afternoon and they concirmed it was the top engine mount being the problem. They also said the car being able to drive without the accelerator was the torque of the engine and is completely normal. I noticed an article on clean...

Is this normal?

Hi all, I'm used to driving petrol cars but have now moved onto a diesel. My 2004 megane estate 1.9 diesel sounds and feels like the idle speed is to high. The revs show it is idling at 900 rpm but it is loud and vibrates throughout the car. If I put it into 1st gear and release the clutch the car w...
