Re: Child Seats - Car Insurance
Considering the place i'll be purchasing my new seats from is also the place that i'm currently employed at, I happen to know that it is possible to print the receipt twice, however, the second copy has ***COPY*** in a not so discreet format across the top. I suppose I can just send the copies and s...

Child Seats - Car Insurance
Hi all, after a bit of advice. My megane was recently crashed into whilst parked up in a car park. It's now been repaired and given back to me all shiny and fixed. Because of the impact, the insurance company has advised me not to use the car seats that were in the car at the time, and to replace th...

Re: My first mod, AUX Port fitted!
Managed to remove the CD changer, fitted the aux port, wasn't too much of a fuss. I failed to mention that I had to buy an Aux coupler to connect the two cables. Looks smart, nice and tidy....... except it's not working :-S I'm going to have to remove it all again to check the leads and connections,...

Re: My first mod, AUX Port fitted!
Bummer! :x Can anyone help, I received all the parts over the last couple of days so wanted to fit it today, except, my radio won't come out, comes half way out then snags, so i've tried to remove the CD changer to gain better access, and that won't come out either. Only the right hand side will rel...

Re: My first mod, AUX Port fitted!
If your stereo looks the same as the photos in this thread, I can't see why it wouldn't work. To be sure, if you slide the radio out and take a photo of the back (lead connections etc) i'll be able to tell you if it'll work or not.

Re: My first mod, AUX Port fitted!
Not sure if this helps, but i'm looking to do this mod myself next week when items arrive. I fitted a megane 6 CD changer this week, really simple, took 5 minutes, it was supplied with code and cable. Anyway, took me a short while to find the parts for the aux input mod, as the port seems to be in s...

06 1.5DCi Tourer Brake Master Cylinder Bore Size
Can anyone tell me what bore size I need for brake master cylinder on my 2006 1.5 Dci Megane Tourer (Estate).
Rapid responses would be greatly appreciated!
I've trawled the forums and checked the Haynes Manual but can't find anywhere that can tell me the bore size.
Thanks.

Re: wiring for rain sensor and rear view mirror
Anyone good with electrics know if it's possible to do this? or am I best just running a new 'live' from elsewhere, such as charger socket?

Re: Tailgate wont open?
My boot wont open at the moment (bought it nearly 2 weeks ago, worked when bought, hasn't worked for about a week or so), I've found the fault in mine is a loose wire in the rubber housing (left hand side of boot near boot arm when open), i've got mine booked in with a local auto electrician on Mond...

Thanks

Re: wiring for rain sensor and rear view mirror
Sorry to re-start an only convo, but earlier it was mentioned about what the three connectors do, does this mean that a car with the auto wipers with screen sensors etc will have the wiring for the auto-dip mirror even if it wasn't supplied on that model. Reason i'm asking is my sensors etc are fine...
