A bit late in posting the solution. But it was a broken spring of all things, 4 hours and some bruised knuckles sorted.

Knocking when steering
All, I am looking for some help with above problem. When I turn the steering wheel at low speed I keep getting a clunking noise from the front end. Now while I am not the greatest DIY mechanic i will give anything a go. To that end I have had the front end up on a trolley jack and had a good poke ar...
