Not sure if I understand you. Let talk about the issue first. The car stands outside and I had,that sounded like a bath of water in the front of the dash. Now I get it the drain holes are blocked. But what I want to know is why, does my interior fan only work on the no.4 position and not on anything...

If the fan is only blowing on 4 the damage might already be done? (to the fan motor at least)
