As a professional I only ever use Forte. It's expensive for a reason. Because it's the best.

Possible fuel pump pulley noise indicating worn pump. Maybe also water pump.

Hi,

Sounds to me like you might have badly worn anti-roll bar bushes and or stabiliser link ball joints. Gives a feeling like the car is sliding across its axle.

I suspect you have either a faulty alternator (due to the field excitation canbus circuit) which aren't a cheap replacement or a stuck idle control valve. Could be as simple as a blocked diesel filter especially if you use supermarket fuel but using a good diagnostic obd reader and graphing the sign...

The fact that the EML illuminated indicates that a fault code will be stored in the ECU and when read by the mechanic should point him in the right direction. Are you sure it was the EML and not the T/C light? Could just be wheel spin? If its any use I have a garage in the north east and would be ha...

It is quite possible to be the tie rods.

I have replaced many on Meganes. Quite an easy task and not too costly. Also prone to bottom ball joints.
