ummm pondering - possible screeches....water pump and or pulley/ alternanator....you indicate only first thing in the morning/ when wet ? have tried squirting drive belts with wd40 which is only a temp fix, but can help highlight noisy pulleys. ummm....the connectors from your existing fusebox mayne can pull out if you insert a small screwdriver down the sid eof the spade terminal ? you can practice on your donor- then you dont need to resolder.....but presumably I am missing something because you need to resolder ??? heat shrink is good -...

bummer ! lube lock with wd40 put key in and wiggle ! repeatedly ! squirt more and wiggle again- if / when successful, give it a squirt of something more durable - at worst dip your key in olive oil and push that in and out! with luck and persistance, it should work loose. umm....only leaping in cos others havent......if correct passenger front door has a small plastic cover under the end of the handle that can be prised off (maybe with a key emblem moulded into it) possibly 2 cm long ?
