Often it's a water ingress problem on and around the aerial housing and connections; take off, clean up and / or replace, reconnect and remount ensuring a water tight seal.

Sorry for the late welcome, I've been busy and then on holiday, then busy again when I got home.

As you'll have noticed it's not a hugely busy place but is a good repository of information if people should ever need it

As far as I remember it's much to expensive to do so, new wiring, ballast etc.

I think one of the Phillips bulbs have been recommended as a much cheaper and almost as good alternative.
