Just had a look in the Haynes manual and it is rated as a 3 spanner job, so actually not too difficult at all. To give you an idea of the difficulty, I changed my glow plugs yesterday and that was a 3 spanner job. Not hard at all. It says you can jack it up and change it without dropping the engine...
