With a second person pulling the lever in the car push on the bonnet by the latch and lift to try and free it off. I had to do this to my van before.
Once you get it open I would recommend you put plenty of grease on the latch and pin (with spring on bonnet) to prevent this happening again.

I have opened it manually and was really stiff to move, is this normal or are they suppose to be hard to open and close manually? I will give it a go at the weekend providing it doesn't rain.

Hello all hope you can help, I have searched here but not found an answer. When I bought the car the battery was flat so had to be started with a booster pack, the windows obviously had to be reprogrammed I am wondering if its the same for the sunroof.
