Re: Air con after refilling would not start
Problem has been solved by - disassembling almost all, putting it back together and it worked. Probably bad contact somewhere.

Re: Air con after refilling would not start
CORRECTION: I was looking in table for Megane I Discard: Thanks for pointer. In one of them - 6001A.pdf I have found that the engine type K9K is for Modus and it needs 530 +/- 35 g of refrigerant. Later, in table for Megane engines there is no K9K, but each of them requires 700 up to 750 +/- 35 g of...

Air con after refilling would not start
As in Subject. Last year air-con was not working and I went to service just to refill the system with 550 g and it was working whole summer. After the winter is over and as hot days come again, my air con does not work again and I thought that there is not enough refrigerator in the system, so I wen...

Re: Sparking sound from*this* part
Well, everything else looks fine. Odd. I may stop to Renault service so they can check (closest one to my home is around 100 miles away, therefore I have asked here on the first place).

Re: Sparking sound from*this* part
Something like this (pay attention only on sound of sparking) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4h6sChYeGdw. This is closest I can find. If you ever heard a sound of high voltage jumping through an insulator, especially on broken high voltage transformer, that kind of sound. I think I can record it - ...

Sparking sound from*this* part
Megane II 1.5 dci 106 HP Yesterday I was about to fill up washer liquid and I heard strange sparking from this part. As an electrician, I don't like that sound as it reminds me on high voltage jumping through insulator. Can you please identify this part for me and what is the role in the system (is ...

Re: Wire (radar detector) from passenger compartment to engi
Glove box is down. I was trying, unsuccessfully, for an hour to find any hole, but no luck. Can you point for me where to search?

Wire (radar detector) from passenger compartment to engine
Please help. I am stuck with adding radar detector which gets its power supply from lighter and then wire goes all the way to 2 sensors which I have currently mounted left and right by registration plate. This is how it is supposed to be. I have put sensors there, make the wire goes between reg plat...

Re: [Solved] Aircon cooling passenger side only
Yeah, on several places. First, the servicer is using Autodata program (I think). It is easy to find in Autodata amount of gas for my model. Then, somewhere on the forum here there is a link to service manual. Third, there should be sticker (also I think) somewhere in engine compartment about correc...

Re: [Solved] Aircon cooling passenger side only
Well, I have had opposite issue - driver side warm, passenger cold. I think your service is quite right about it - dashboard must come down. It is not a big deal at all for the one who knows how to do it. If they fill the system with that computerized machine, the following should happen: - take gas...

One more blue/stock
After Clio 2003 I have bought used Megane II 1.5 dCI 106 HP, 6 gear box, at March this year (2011). I think it is Dynamic model, stock one. I have imported it from Italy to Serbia and previous owner was some lady. Looks like he lost the car due to leasing payment delay, so I got it really cheap from...

Re: [Solved] Aircon cooling passenger side only
It is solved by - its own. I went to garage and there they have done the aircon service using that computerized machine. I have had in system 850 g of gas instead 550 g! After vacuuming (test: OK) and refiling the system, it started to work just fine on all vents.
