I did try it with just the halogen bulbs first and the beam output looked perfect. But once you've had xenons you could never go back to halogen. How much did the factory xenon headlights cost you? I considered these too but was concerned about the auto height adjustment? Can you post up a photo of ...

here we go. Remember the headlights use H1 style bulbs. I think my xenon H1 bulbs are a bit too long which is causing the dark circle you can see in the photo's against my garage door. http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/ff296/cerveza-man/DSCF0456.jpg http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/ff296/cerveza-...

Yep I got the levelling to work with the angel eyes. Works just as before using the electric height selector switch. You do have to take the height motors off your old headlights though. I'll take some photo's in a bit to show the cut off. Overall I wasn't that impressed with the light output with t...

Cheers everyone, the only slight drawback is that they don't light up the road aswell as when I just had the HID bulbs in the normal headlight. Part of the problem is that they need H1 bulbs which are really small. The HID H1 bulbs that I used are a fair bit longer than normal halogen H1 bulbs and s...

Headlight Washers

Anyone know what parts I would need to install headlight washers to my 2005 Megane?? So far I've worked out that I would need the 2 washer jets (part 8200082370) and the bolts to secure them (7703033125). Now, I need the pipe and presumably some t-pieces? Also, does anyone know whether I need a new ...

I've just had a similar fault with my Spanish Megane CC. When removing the keycard you could hear the electronic steering lock click in, but you could still turn the steering wheel. I didn't get any warning messages though. The car had just run out of the manufacturers 2 year warranty, but I'd exten...

Found the post on the spanish cc forum. It's in spanish but the translated version just about makes sense. Spanish: https://www.clubmeganecc.com/foro/archive/index.php/t-4367.html Translated: https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=es&u=https://www.clubmeganecc.com/foro/archive/index...

Believe it or not, some bloke on the Spanish megane cc site (https://www.clubmeganecc.com) did actually retrofit it to his car. It seems that the functionality of it is present in all the Meganes, but unless you have the switch to turn it on and the buttons on the steering wheel to control it then y...

My kit isn't bi-xenon. The mainbeam is still halogen. Although I could feasibly upgrade the whole lot to include HID main beam and fog lights from the same company. Not sure if it's that worth it though as night time country lane driving has been vastly improved just with upgrading the dipped beam.

They definetely don't dazzle. The light is angled in exactly the same way as the original halogens but it is much, much whiter and clearer and more powerful. At night, the difference is unbelievable.

The photo's I took don't do them justice.
