how much should a new head gasket be on a megane 1.5dci..106bhp...what elase should be done/changed at same time..i live in midlands/worcester..

i agree what alot of oil....my first thought was the turbo but was unsure how to check?i have looked for oil but the engine looks clean.....if you accellerate fast then there is a blow out of smoke so does that point at turbo.......have noticed we also lost/used a bit of water....not overheated and ...

i have a 1,5dci megane on a 56 plate 3 door manual 106bhp.....we have just been away on holiday ...on leaving i checked the oil and made sure it was on top level.....not over full....we did about 750miles and the dash oil light activated....worried we pulled in at first petrol station i checked agai...

it was a driveshaft o/s

no i just have a button with a light..

turned out to be the pressure sensor....

how do i tell the difference between auto or manual ac?

please help...the heater on my 56 plate megane is giving me problems....i have changed the thermostat and changed the anti freeze and still it is giving problems...the temp gauge will get to half way and heater is cold...then for no reason it will become warm.....am i missing something or doing some...

i have disconnected the battery on my 56 plate dci megane.....now the windows only work at 3-4 inches at a time...they go up or down then stop..you have to release the button and press again....is there a way to reset these????

i have now changed the thermostat and antifreeze and heater is still dodgy....only gets hot when it wants...will stay hot when working....am i missing something here ...pulling my hair out with this..

does anyone know why the heater in my 56 plate megane dci blows cold.....it does decide to work sometimes and get hot properly then for days it will only blow cold air.......its getting annoying in this weather......any ideas???

i have a 56 plate 1.5dci megane....we noticed a slight vibration at around 45/50mph past this and the vibration vanished...after a holiday trip down the motor way the vibration got worse turning into juddder....while away we had the wheels balanced,this made the problem slightly better but has since...

my air con on my 56 plate 1.5dci megane is not working....i was told to get recharged but when tested the system was found to upto pressure but pump is not kicking in .....i am skint and willing to try fixing myself but has anyone got some pointers as to common faults or what to check next???
