Re: RS OWNERS, WHERE IS EVERYONE FROM?

Lol, a few years late but I'm from Gateshead (opposite side of the river from Newcastle Upon Tyne).
I have a RenaultSport Megane 175dCi in Silver :)

It appears I'm the only one to have the diesel version in this topic though  :? ;)

Re: CD player

I have the 175dCi Lux with the 6 Cd Changer and I get "Error CD" when I put an MP3 CD in.....weirdly because the stupid thing doesn't play MP3s, even though the single slot CD player installed above it does!! There isn't a disc stuck in it is there, although I would have thought it would s...

Sort of Pre-ownership....

First post on this forum in a good few years after leaving French in favour of Japanese, hence it shows I joined in 2005 but haven't posted anything recently  Anyway, I'm back to French from next Saturday when I'm due to pick up my Megane Renault Sport 175 dci! I'm curious about a few things t...

Re: Manual Headlight Adjustment

I had a look at the top of the headlight and there is a little picture of the headlight but no allen key hole thing. When i set the height in the car using the little roller thing, they both move at the same time which means no matter how much i adjust them, they are still "out". Is there ...

Re: Black cap for rear of bulb holder....

The price sounds about right for the part: in 2003 in Germany it cost €1.25 ex-VAT so I'd say for 2008 £1.46 is in the right bracket.... The part number is 77 01 047 182, BTW. And because (sooner or later) someone will want to know the part number for the rubber push-on cap sealing the aperture of ...

Black cap for rear of bulb holder....

Afternoon all, Just wondered whether anyone would know the part number for the part mentioned in the subject line? Do you know what I mean? Its the black cap thing which screws on behind your bulb when you replace one. It seals the bulb into the headlight and stops water etc getting in. I appear to ...

Manual Headlight Adjustment

Hi guys! Hope you are all well. I just wanted to know whether there is a way to manually adjust the headlights on my 03 Megane Dynamique? The driver side headlight is alot higher than the passenger side and im pretty sure its the passenger side which is at fault. I have spoken to one of the lecturer...

Re: Front brake discs....

I dont do heavy breaking!! If you never do any, then the disks wont keep clean, and may start to corrode, thus requiring replacement. To me the mileage of a car (on its own) cannot inform anyone how it's been used - high mileage on motorways could mean very little braking, but a city driver who onl...
