What's my options?

Just got a 55 plate 225 Megane (which i love by the way). It has a double din dash so will accomodate such a stereo if there's a good option. Basically i'd like to uprate the head unit which will still work off the steering column controls. Also considering something with a screen / tv / sat nav ect...
