Basic Mods - Just Starting Out
Hello all, Haven't really had much chance to post any mods on here for the last few months, been busy working and what not. I've started off fairly simple with some basic asthetic changes, most of it has been done to the rear of the Megane: http://img213.imageshack.us/img213/5606/20111123155716.jpg ...

Some advice needed - Renault - Dealers / Head Office
I apologise upfront this might get a bit complex, or long. I bought my megane in March 2010, had an idling issue, it kept cutting out intermittently when I took my foot of the accelerator. I took it into Renault Holdcroft in Stoke, £60 and two days later it was just a dirty throttle unit, thank god ...

Re: Engine Cover - Painted and Lacquered

Engine Cover - Painted and Lacquered
Hey everyone, I got really bored last friday, and decided I'd see how easy it was to do a proper bit of spray painting, but not as you'd expect on the bumpers of my megane, but somewhere that if I'd bodged up, no one would notice, so I primered, sprayed, and lacquered the engine cover, heres the fin...

Re: Quick Question :)
Cheers Eddie, and Reno, that does make sense, maybe I'm just thinking a bit in the past as to how good vinyls have become nowadays, a friend of mine has a Mustang at a garage that he laquered on some spray work and some vinylls, so im going to go have a look at them and ask him whether it was worth ...

Quick Question :)
I've always been put off by the idea of Decals, because they for me, seem to essentially be stickers for a car. So i'm always concerned that they will become tatty, wear, or come off, however when I was restoring an old Datsun 120A, I wanted to mess around with the idea of lacquering over Decals to ...
