Had my espace serviced recently and the indie garage I used nearly had a heart attack when they were charged £44.80 for an oil filter. Then the missus had one when she was told the price. Luckily I was away when she picked the car up so she had calmed down a bit.

It will have two thin slots at the bottom these use a vw/Audi removal key, I got mine in a set from the local motor parts shop

No it comes with a diagnostic unit of it's own and you load it on to your laptop

CLIP will def do it dut it's not cheap, try searching on ebay

Sounds like your rear roll bars have activated, from memory to reset them you push a lever in and push down on the roll bar
