if you look at the topic below it shows the pump assembly and i would think the bet way to get to it is to remove the fron bumper (if you search the forums there are threads explaining how to do this)

It sounds like either the wires for the pumps are conneted to the wrong pump ie front wire connected to back pump and vice versa or the tubes are connected to the wrong pump.

Window regulators can be bought on eBay and are not too difficult to change

Well as a result of my friendly and reliable local Renault dealer closing last year I have decided that the time has come to purchase a CLIP. And it's arrived so of I go to see what can be done. All I need now is Tyre Pressure Sensors

No not all it was an option on the Dymanique and standard on the Privilege not sure about the other models.
