If you pull down the glove compartment, and look to the left of it, youl notice a rectangular panel which you can pull down. Inside this is a number of fuses which controls the windows, horn, and everything else electrical. There may be a fuse for the lights in there too im not 100%.

Have you checked basics like spark plug condition, air filter condition? You would be well advised to clean out the throttle body. For a 30 minute job it is well worth doing the free checks yourself before embarking on more costly jobs. Thanks for the reply, and yes, changed the air filter yesterda...

My Megane is having a few minor (hopefully) problems, firstly, being that when i press the start button, it cuts out as the revs drop too low, and the lights dim also.
